Contracts valued at €230 million with international oil and gas companies in the United Kingdom
Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services has concluded framework agreements for a range of industrial services with BP and other international oil and gas companies at four sites in the United Kingdom. The contracts cover a period of five years and have a total volume of about €230 million.

Preliminary report on the 2009 financial year
Bilfinger Berger continued along its successful path in 2009 despite the charge on earnings from a major project and difficult economic conditions. Guidance issued in the third quarter of 2009 was significantly exceeded. EBIT and net profit reached levels equal to those of the prior year after adjusting for the sale of Razel. The shareholders are to participate in this positive development in the form of a dividend of €2.00 per share.

Preliminary result in 2009 better than expected
Bilfinger Berger's 2009 earnings have exceeded both the company’s own outlook and current market expectations. According to preliminary figures, EBIT reached €250 million and net profit €140 million. Guidance for 2009 had previously called for EBIT between €210 and €230 million and net profit between €110 and €120 million.

Just three weeks after being named preferred bidder, a project company led by Bilfinger Berger has reached financial close on a 25-kilometer section of the Peninsula Link Highway near Melbourne. The company will design, finance, build and, over a period of 25 years, operate the route.

Bilfinger Berger expanding its concessions business in Australia
In the Australian state of Victoria, a project company led by Bilfinger Berger has been named preferred bidder for the design, financing and construction of a 25-kilometer long section of the Peninsula Link Highway, creating an improved traffic connection to the Mornington Peninsula south-east of Melbourne.
